How To Copy and Paste |
"Copy and Paste" will allow you to copy (or cut) what is on your web browser screen, and paste it into another , document, such as web page HTML, or text in an email message.
There are a couple ways that you can do it. After a little practice you will be a pro and you will wonder how you lived without knowing how. It saves you so much time.
To copy the entire page, try this:
Click on "EDIT" at the top of your screen.
Next, click on "SELECT ALL" - this will darken the entire screen, so it can be copied
Next, click on "EDIT" again
Next, click on "COPY"
Then go to the document where you want to paste your info
Place your cursor where you want the data to appear
Next, click on "EDIT" again and then click on "PASTE"
now that will paste it onto your document
If you want a portion of a page or maybe just an email address copy and pasted, you will need to do it a little differently
To Copy and Paste, place your cursor at the beginning of the data that you want to copy.
Hold down the left mouse button and drag the cursor to the end of the data that you want to copy, and release. The data should now be highlighted, next go to "edit" and click on "paste" and your info should be where you want it.
